SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS

When will my order be processed?

All orders are processed within 24 hours. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours to make sure you package isn't shipped within that period.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Asia. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales seasons.

We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2 business days from the date of the order and will be shipped the immediately after processing. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you place your order, please allow 2 business days for your orders to be processed. After that, between 7 and 14 business days for delivery in US and Canada. Between 7 and 21 business days for international orders (depending on location) fast shipping options for extra fees will be available on eligible items in which case delivery time will be expedited.

Will I be charged customs and taxes?
In rare cases Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be collected once your order reaches its final destination, and is determined by your local customs office, which is very rare.

The payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by your country's customs department. For more information on charges, please contact your local customs office.
